Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy

I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that failure to provide the required notice will result in a non-refundable fee of $50, which will be automatically charged to my card on file. No-shows will also incur this fee.

I acknowledge that this policy is in place to ensure appointment slots are used efficiently and that last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact the availability of services for other clients. I further understand that repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of my membership or service package.

Refund Policy

I hereby acknowledge and agree that all services and products provided by SkinTech Spa LLC are strictly non-refundable. However, I understand that I have a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase during which I may request a full refund. After this period, any refund, if granted, will be issued solely as store credit at the sole discretion of SkinTech Spa LLC.

I expressly waive any right to request or receive monetary refunds. I further agree that SkinTech Spa LLC retains full discretion in determining refunds, including in the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by me through my financial institution. I waive any right to pursue such claims through any dispute resolution process.

I acknowledge that the accuracy and completeness of the information I provide in any related health or treatment questionnaire is critical to the services I receive, and I assume full responsibility for any impact resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information. By signing below, I expressly waive and release any and all claims, demands, or causes of action against SkinTech Spa LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, including but not limited to claims related to dissatisfaction with services or products, or arising from my own failure to provide accurate information.

Treatment Outcomes

SkinTech Spa LLC is committed to providing the highest standard of care and service. We will be transparent and honest in all interactions with you. Please understand that aesthetics is not an exact science, and individual responses to treatments can vary significantly. It is not possible to predict specific results, and payments made for services are for the treatments to be performed – not for Guaranteed outcomes. Nevertheless, we always strive to deliver the best possible results for every client. Thank you for trusting us to serve you.

Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

The practice of aesthetics and medicine is not an exact science. Although we anticipate good results, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the outcome of any treatment.

Occasionally, additional treatments or treatment for complications may be necessary. These additional treatments may incur further charges, which will be the responsibility of the client.

SkinTech Spa LLC strives to communicate any policy changes in advance whenever possible. However, we reserve the right to modify our policies at any time without prior notice.

Practice-Client Relationship

We value our clients and the relationships we build with them. However, SkinTech Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
